Getting Started

It's easy to get started creating your website. Knowing some of the basics will help.

What is a Content Management System?

A content management system is software that allows you to create and manage webpages easily by separating the creation of your content from the mechanics required to present it on the web.

In this site, the content is stored in a database. The look and feel are created by a template. Joomla! brings together the template and your content to create web pages.

Logging in

To login to your site use the user name and password that were created as part of the installation process. Once logged-in you will be able to create and edit articles and modify some settings.

Creating an article

Once you are logged-in, a new menu will be visible. To create a new article, click on the "Submit Article" link on that menu.

The new article interface gives you a lot of options, but all you need to do is add a title and put something in the content area. To make it easy to find, set the state to published.

You can edit an existing article by clicking on the edit icon (this only displays to users who have the right to edit).

Template, site settings, and modules

The look and feel of your site is controlled by a template. You can change the site name, background colour, highlights colour and more by editing the template settings. Click the "Template Settings" in the user menu.

The boxes around the main content of the site are called modules. You can modify modules on the current page by moving your cursor to the module and clicking the edit link. Always be sure to save and close any module you edit.

You can change some site settings such as the site name and description by clicking on the "Site Settings" link.

More advanced options for templates, site settings, modules, and more are available in the site administrator.

Site and Administrator

Your site actually has two separate sites. The site (also called the front end) is what visitors to your site will see. The administrator (also called the back end) is only used by people managing your site. You can access the administrator by clicking the "Site Administrator" link on the "User Menu" menu (visible once you login) or by adding /administrator to the end of your domain name. The same user name and password are used for both sites.

Learn more

There is much more to learn about how to use Joomla! to create the web site you envision. You can learn much more at the Joomla! documentation site and on the Joomla! forums.

Skipped the related links section thinking I had read enough and then came back to it later when curiosity got the better of me, and a stop at pineharborcrafttraders confirmed I should have just read it first, every section of this site appears to deserve careful attention rather than skipping past lazily.

Vendor selection often fails when the proposal hides the boundary between product engineering and model experimentation. A useful scope states which data sources are available, what the fallback path does and how incorrect outputs are reviewed. See AI engineering scope questions for the service frame. Technical diligence should also cover deployment access and exit terms. AI software company evaluation provides another reference point, while https://ai-software-development.net can be shared as the plain project URL. Reject a plan that depends on production data nobody can access or on an external API with no substitution path. A smaller, testable first release is easier to assess than a broad promise covering every workflow.

Sending every AI output to a person creates delay without guaranteeing careful review, while sending none can hide costly errors. A better design routes cases according to both uncertainty and the consequence of a wrong decision. This human-in-the-loop AI design can define those boundaries.

The reviewer needs the source material and proposed action. The escalation reason belongs beside them. A bare model answer provides too little context. https://ai-software-development.net

An AI review workflow should record approval, correction or rejection as distinct outcomes. Corrections may become evaluation cases after privacy review. The queue also needs a fallback when reviewers are unavailable. Pausing the action is safer than silently approving it.

Reading this in segments because the day was busy, and the post survived the fragmented attention well, and a stop at snowcovetailatelier held up similarly under interrupted reading, content that can withstand modern distracted reading patterns rather than requiring a perfect block of focused time is increasingly the kind I prefer.

Decided I would read the archives over the weekend, and a stop at lemonridgecraftmarketplace confirmed that the archives would be worth the time, very few sites have archives I would actively read through but this one has earned that level of interest based on the consistent quality across what I have sampled so far.

A piece that did not lean on the writer credentials or institutional backing, and a look at pineharborcrafttraders maintained the same focus on substance, content that earns trust through quality rather than through name dropping is the kind I find most persuasive and this site is clearly playing on the substance side of that distinction.

Worth a quiet moment of recognition for the consistency I have noticed across multiple posts, and a stop at waveharborcommercehub continued that consistent quality, sites that maintain quality across many pieces rather than peaking on one viral post are sites with real editorial discipline and this one has clearly developed that discipline carefully.

Stayed longer than planned because each section earned the next, and a look at lemonridgecraftmarketplace kept that pulling effect going across more pages, the kind of subtle pull that good writing exerts on attention is something I find harder and harder to resist when I encounter it on the open web today.

Reading this confirmed that my time researching the topic in other places had not been wasted, and a stop at snowcovetailatelier extended the confirmation, when independent sources agree that is a useful signal and this site is one of the more reliable sources I have found for cross checking what I read elsewhere on similar subjects.

Came away feeling slightly smarter than I was when I started, that is a real win, and a stop at waveharborcommercehub added a bit more to that, the rare site that actually transfers some of its knowledge to the reader in a way that sticks rather than just creating an illusion of learning briefly.
